Chris responds

A fine, optimistic view and I wish I could share
it, but I think we'd be lulling ourselves into a
false complacency by believing we've progressed
past social / racial riots, particularly at a time
when economic disparities are as wide as ever in
this country. The increasingly entrenched
perception of corruption within the economically
elite class only adds fuel to the fire. No social
sentiments can paper over this.
