I wish you guys wouldn't be so abrasive. I agree that Brian Rice is pretty thin-skinned. I don't understand how's he's survived in the world of public policy so long. But he was the only one who was giving detailed rebuttals to the attacks on the Park Board's acquisition of their new building. Now we have no one to give us the Park Board's position. This forum is pretty useless without both sides giving their own spin. As an outside observer of the debate, I would say it's far from clear which side is correct, though so far the anti-Park Board side is slightly ahead. But without Brian Rice, the debate is now over, unless you can entice another Park Board partisan into this hornet's nest.
