About a year ago I mention that anti-corruption was one of the key 
goals of e-government in the developing world.  I suggested that Mpls 
look into these tools for better service and accountability.

I ran into this flash animation - the last 2/3 is quite profound - 
(why don't we have this for all city/county/state services in MN - we 
can do better):

I know that this system may be available for use by other governments 
(open source perhaps) and would be glad to connect city folks with
