Keith says; Reminds me of Hizzoner at the beginning of his term, extolling
the vital role of the small business/real estate owners called 'landlord' .
He went on to appoint nary one of us, private sector housing advocates, to
help formulate workable city housing policy in his myriad 'committees' . We
were shut out, and tax $$ spending NonProfiteers such as Allen Arthur did
swing and sway, with Allen Fay. And so entranced the Mayor and his coterie.
