Michael - if the district is misrepresenting a study, I'm interested in getting the details on that. Rather than stating "it should be obvious to anyone..." could you (as briefly as possible) explain the problems you see? That would help the rest of us decide if you are really right. I am genuinely interested. I, too, have questioned school board claims on this in the past.
