Money for flier distribution has been an issue since
the first days of the Access Project. If organizers
of a process truly want neighborhood input, then
information is vital, and over the years fliering has
become a key method of notifying residents. All of
this was made clear in the beginning of the process by
numerous individual, including myself, council member
Lilligren, Vicki Brock, and others.

I find it interesting that FINALLY at the END of the
process, money is suddenly available for flier
notification. Organizers will say that they put that
responsibility on relevant neighborhood groups, but
un-funded mandates for organizations on shoe string
budgets doesn't cut it.

Sometimes it's hard to distinguish idiocy from a
conspiracy......you decide!
