The Commissioner and Spike Moss seem to be missing the point entirely. It is not about the clean up per say, most folks love a clean community. It is the fact that all the decisions being made about how to clean up the community and rid itself of crime appears to be taken out of the Jordan area residents hands. Why not have the $25,000 deal made with the Jordan Neighborhood group? It makes one wonder if there is something else going on between the police/politico's and The City Inc. when they continually run to The City Inc. to solve problems.
