I'm dealing with a situation involving neighbors who are so weird, violent, or unsanitary that those living next to them actually have to move.
(Note: this is not my problem directly and does not involve my immediate neighbors, including Ann Berget, a wonderful gardener, conversationalist and mother of the daughter who babysits my kids.) I'm trying to find Minneapolitans who have found themselves confronted with this problem so severe they've had to move or get their neighbors moved.
