I believe my post distinctly mentioned the Phillips neighborhood NOT Ventura Village. I am glad that Ventura Village has a good relationship with Dean Zimmerman although I know there are others in Ventura Village who would not agree with you.
I was speaking about the Phillips neighborhood, specifically East and Midtown and West Phillips. If you look at the crime maps, Bloomington Av and Chicago and Lake are by far the worst right now.
