I don't agree. I think the ability to jump in a car on a whim will be here for many years to come. The only reason it might turn out otherwise is if the government decided to prohibit private driving. While many people on this List might like to see such a law, 90% of the voters in this country would be horrified by such a move to limit our freedom. So it ain't going to happen.
