No Jordan - My diatribe was made to point out that Dean appears to be spending more time offering resolutions about issues 12,000 miles from here than he is on doing something about the issue of crime in Phillips. I will repeat again that there are many people who live along Bloomington Avenue right now that are absolutely under siege from the drug dealers. I am sick and tired of these people's plight being minimized or ignored. If I saw Dean Zimmerman spending time doing something about this horrible situation I would have let the resolution regarding Iraq go. But, as I said in my previous post, I have not seen any evidence of his involvement here at home in Minneapolis regarding the war in Phillips.
Furthermore, I am not stupid or ignorant. I know full well that the war in Iraq has an impact on us here in Sunny Brook Farm. To suggest that I can't draw the parallel here is insulting.
