I personally think it's a good idea to have access to 35W in both 
directions from Lake Street.  Otherwise what happens is people going to 
Lake St overshoot and go to 35th/36th st and come back up north.  I'm not 
convinced that Lake St needs to be widened in order to accomidate this.

I think it's good to have employers like Allina and Wells Fargo in 
Minneapolis.  My question is how to get both places to hire more people who 
live in the immediate area into the career track jobs.   Having more of 
their employees living in the immediate area means there is less rush hour 
congestion on those ramps.

My understanding is some of the peak hours of prostitution is the morning 
rushhour -- which suggests commuters buying prostitutes on their way to 
work.  This bothers me.  Would these same people crud up their own 
neighborhoods in this way?
