David Piehl was appointed to represent CNIA and served for three years though since his attendance was spotty CNIA was not satisfied with him as its representative. Also, CNIA got fed up with his biased reporting on what the committee was doing and appointed David Jensen to replace Piehl. Jensen recently offered a recommendation regarding the lake St. bridge that improves its appearance substantially.
It was Piehl who offered the ammendment, which was approved, to widen the project by moving the ramps at 35th and 36th South to 38th St. >What went wrong?
