WM: This isn't quite accurate. David Piehl was appointed to represent 
CNIA and served for three years though since his attendance was spotty 
CNIA was not satisfied with him as its representative. Also, CNIA got 
fed up with his biased reporting on what the committee was doing and 
appointed David Jensen to replace Piehl. Jensen recently offered a 
recommendation regarding the lake St. bridge that improves its 
appearance substantially.

It was Piehl who offered the ammendment, which was approved, to widen 
the project by moving the ramps at 35th and 36th South to 38th St.
