The Franklin Street Bakery is a poster child for good development projects in the city. Franklin Street Bakery is a nationally recognized bakery. Wayne was highlighted on the Great Chefs of the CIA on the food channel. Now located in Whittier it does not have a retail end of the business. I am hoping that when it moves to Ventura Village, it will have a retail storefront.
