The irony of this is that another situation just like this is currently in 
the 8th ward at Chicago Lake Liquors. Herron got the idea from Jackie. I 
think this street impediment should be taken down before Chicago Lake 
Liquors takes the city to court and it costs us another chunk of change. 
You'd think the folks downtown would be on top of it. But sadly as we saw in 
the paper the other day, they don't even have a clue about the Target Center 
debacle, much less this.
