How ironic that some whose primary, if not only, language is English manage to sow confusion by, it seems, inaccurately reporting what they think or wish was allegedly said by a member of the mayor's staff.
Perhaps in addition to those LRT directions in three languages, we should also hang signs saying "DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ATTITUDE" to remind those people who seem to be continuously finding something to get angry about that communication is nine-tenths listening.
