A few days ago someone posted to this forum to ask where they could pick up a copy of 
"The Watchdog" community newspaper. I indicated I saw a stack at City Hall. Yesterday 
at the Washburn Library I saw Volume 1, Edition 5 of "The Watchdog" and having never 
read the paper took one home. The articles I read were quite provocative. They had a 
pro-police officer, anti-police chief and anti-mayor theme. I did not read all of the 
articles. Here are the story heds:
