Keith says; Jim I dropped my helper off at 4:pm last Thursday near 14th and
Franklin. I rolled up Franklin to Nicollet. I was amazed at the drug sellers
swarming along Franklin, and doing brazen bid'ness. So amazed I doubled back
at Stevens to have a second look. Yep, the drug sellers and junkies have
crossed 35W and are headed west toward Dee Long.

West Broadway Update: All quiet on the western (West Broadway) front, but
Lowry/Lyndale is 'off the hook' with a very organized Gang operating out of
617/619 Lowry, a duplex with a very negligent landlord. Pot and crack are
available 24/7, shots fired frequently. About 15 guys teamwork the Southeast
corner with impunity. Threatening all normal locals and ruining my rental
potential across the street.
