A voter registration campaign in Minneapolis has uncovered a disturbing reality: many citizens incorrectly believe they no longer have the right to vote because of a criminal history. Since early summer several civic organizations have banded together to register voters to increase voting participation in neighborhoods with historically poor turnout.
