The lawn sign vandalism was located in Minneapolis, not statewide. The substance of a Senate political campaign is largely statewide, not city-specific, and thus not appropriate for this list. Of course, if Coleman signs or any other party's signs are vandalized - in a Minneapolis neighborhood - that is also a Minneapolis issue. I "hope" that answers your question.
