The MCDA does maintain on its Web site, a page dedicated to the Heritage Park development's employment and contracting participation. The figures are updated quarterly. Unfortunately, third quarter figures will not be available until later next week. But information through June of this year is available at:

The class action lawsuit, alleging that the City of Minneapolis pursued historic discriminatory policies in public housing, was filed in 1992 and was settled in 1995 by a consent decree. The settlement resulted in the redevelopment of an 80-acre site in Near North Minneapolis where the Sumner-Olson and Glenwood-Lyndale public housing developments once stood.
