The store even paid for the "Public Works" additions needed to accommodate the store, such as some of the adjacent traffic lights. While eligible for State funding, the developer of Cub paid out of his own pocket the costs of environmental clean-up for the site. That work continues -- that's what goes on in the funky little building at the western edge of the parking lot. Hopefully that work will finally be completed in the not-too-distant future.
