It was Ken Meter, now of Crossroads Resource Center (http://www.crcworks.org), who wrote the outstanding series for the Alley Newspaper in April, May and June of 1990. Ken's series of "neighborhood balance sheets" (measuring the inflows and outflows of money in a neighborhood) are also quite interesting. -- Bob Cooper Powderhorn Park _______________________________________ Minneapolis Issues Forum - A City-focused Civic Discussion - Mn E-Democracy Post messages to: mailto:mpls@;mnforum.org Subscribe, Unsubscribe, Digest, and more: http://e-democracy.org/mpls
