Here is a story where a woman was forced away from a 8th & Hennepin bus stop (5:30PM) and raped. http://www.startribune.com/stories/462/3429901.html During my recent downtown visits, it appears there is excellent police coverage on Nicollet Mall and in the Warehouse District but not withstanding all of the theatres, Hennepin Avenue appears to be a dead zone for police coverage. For those who frequent downtown on a regular basis or who work or live there, how is the coverage on Hennepin?
