I frequent the dog park and two questions come to mind: Why does it have to be a fenced corridor? Wouldn't a single line of fence protect the cliff edge? Better still, there is another route down to the lowlands and river that is safe and scenic. Warning and directional signage would alert owners of young and energetic dogs. Signs are a heck of a lot cheaper than fence.
