Dyna@union-advocacy tries to make river and city health into a class struggle. North versus south, polluters verus neighborhhods, river versus reason. Its not about where any of us lives, this is about whether this city and region and nation should continue to subsidize things that do very few people any good and keep good from happening for many people and the river.
I would say lets clean up the pollution (ongoing and the legacy) on the river, study the facts, and since things are going to change, lets work for a rational future.
