When the jury returns a verdict on Joe Biernat I
will likely be calling you for reaction. This may be on very short turn around,
so I would appreciate your quick response. My phone numbers are

In general, I will be asking what you think the
verdict will mean in the broad sense. If convicted, will he be removed from the
board? What process will that involve? If he's acquitted, what does that say
about charges of corruption in city hall in light of the Heron
conviction?
