What you seem to be missing or just don't get - the accident happened at a DOG PARK, and NOT at the corner of Hennepin and Lake, or Broadway and Penn for example. Don't confuse those injured on foot or in car by others behind the wheel with the fact that a dangerous cliff exists inside one of our parks. The Park will be safer for those who enjoy it.
