Folks, our rules forbid personal attacks. It is certainly fair comment
to note disparities between neighborhoods, but personal comments such as
the ones below cross the line. I'm singling Jim out because he is the
latest, but by no means the only. 

Argue facts. Respond to issues, not the person, a la Robert's Rules.
Please speak to the members of the forum, not the individual who posted
the question. If you make assumptions about the state of mind and/or
ethics of other list members, I will warn and expel, no matter how noble
your cause.
