Rita Lavin's posting regarding the actual experience of living in a
supportive housing cluster is so calm, kind and clear. I can only hope that
it stimulates some serious public policy examination of this issue.
Supportive housing clustering is bad public policy and yet it is clearly
being pushed by some housing advocates and contemplated at City Hall. When
will the impacted neighborhoods have an opportunity to express their
experiences and point of view?

We still are waiting for an explanation of the procedure for public input
into this critical issue.
