ok....this is what I'm talking about, does Mpls have these same initiatives as well.

This and these kind of efforts, if directed in the right way, is the key and in many ways is at the root, and the spring board to deal with most of the social ills that plague the community.

But we need sincere committed folks at the steering wheel not opportunist.

Not folks, like many at the county trout, who are primarily worried about their own community organization for profit.....I.E. some of the "old guard".

Things are too and have been to deadly serious,  for solely individual gain.
