Tom Taylor of Sheridan raised an important point about residency in the 3rd Ward
race.� I am perhaps luckier than some others because we have two residences in Northeast -
one on Central which is within the "old" 3rd Ward boundaries and one on Sixth that is
outside of the "old" 3rd Ward but is within the "new" 3rd Ward boundaries.� I am very
fond of the Sixth Street house because it was my parents' but until the time it can be
the legal residence for the 3rd Ward CM, I'll be happy in a grand old apartment on Central Avenue.
