Vicky notes: Just this week, I received a call from Julie Brown from the Free Store. She has been unable to find a building to purchase (or rent) for over six months. The enterprise needs between 5,000 and 7,000 square feet. If the property has more than one floor, they will need an elevator. A loading dock would help too. Julie said that they have at least $500,000 to spend at this time. They would prefer to buy a building (hoping for some property rights this time) - but are so desperate to find space that they will consider renting too.
