I could imagine a candidate who would be supported by
local Green, DFL, and GOP voters. Why should they not
get all three endorsements?

Progressive Minnesota is not a "party". They make this clear on their website, and in their publications. That's why they can endorse a candidate who also is endorsed by a political party.
