I thank Rep. Kahn for posting this.  It was interesting to read that while
some of the cities that passed resolutions were the very liberal (or would
progressive be a better description?) types like Cambridge, MA. and
Berkeley, CA., others include Chicago and Tampa, FL.

The article also notes that some 60 other cities have efforts underway to
pass resolutions like this.  I sure hope Minneapolis will join them.
