People: Pay attention to what is happening on the Northside. The Northside is 
closer to you then you think! Housing, transit, redistricting, issues, but 
tons of development of existing huge potential will put us on the map. We 
will be reattached to the rest of the City very soon. And with a vengeance 
and gravitas. 

We are soon to be huge and most of you have no familiarity North; and 
couldn't care less. "Be not first, nor last"; you are not. But it is time to 
familiarize yourselves with your City.
