I dunno, Vicky. Some friends I know are trying to buy a building on the fringes of downtown...but the owner's price has remained stubbornly high, and quite a bit higher than even a few years ago. I think the doom and gloom might be appropriate in the short term, but not long term...at least, that's what the owners of these Minneapolis assets seem to think.
