Yes - the new theater is very nice. If it helps make downtown more user-friendly I'm there. A friend and I went to see The Two Towers at the Block E theater yesterday. We bused downtown and had a pleasant evening at dinner and the movies and wandering around. I'm always happy to make downtown a non-driving destination.
