Some of the many things I like about Inspector Lubinski are that she is straightforward and practical. Celebrate your victories, even tiny ones, try to keep the pressure on, have a plan and follow through. Way kewl.
Unfortunately, the Inspector and the Third Precinct are screwed if the budget cuts eliminate 200 officers from the force. If divided equally among the six precincts, that means 33 officers in the Third. The Fourth Precinct will also be screwed. This is bad news.
