South bound is not the only fatal flaw. The same problem will exist when going north and west from Lake Street to 94 if this project is built as proposed. MnDOT has also said that they don't know if they will permit this weave either do to lack of space, volume of traffic and safety concerns.
Coercion by a County official, proposed County bonding to finance the project due to budget problems and ramps that will not permit full access during peak traffic. Doesn't sound like a good deal for the tax payers!
