Point of English usage:

"TV lies" is reduntant. 'TV' pretty much means 'lies', and 'lies' pretty
much means 'TV'. So saying "TV lies" pretty much amounts to "lies are
lies" or, equivalently, "TV is TV". And I think most of us in Mpls knew
that before.

Paradox:

Suppose, just suppose, TV were to say "TV lies" or "TV lies always". What
then? If it always lies, then if it says it is lying, it must be telling
the truth... but we KNOW it never does that (sponsors would never stand
for it) so....
