So you're suggesting less representation is better? And you're suggesting
Texas is a positive model of governance?  Well I regrettably spent (did?)
some time living in Texas, and I for one would prefer living in a community
that errs on the side of involving its citizens who do so willingly and to
what I understand on a largely volunteer basis than than the reverse.
