Mark,
Allow me to answer that. 
I would assume that issue would fall under the "Civil,
Human, and Constitutional Rights," the DFL platform
states:
"We oppose: Discrimination against any person on the
basis of race, creed, sex, sexual or affectional
orientation, HIV status, marital or homemaker status,
disability or age."

Marital status is listed as you noted in your post.
Rather it's spelled out to a 'T' in the platform or
not, the DFL organization CURRENTLY offers its
employees equal benefits for same-sex domestic
partners. 

Does the Green Party offer these benefits as well? Or,
do they only hire people as independent contractors or
part-time to get a pass on having to offer these
benefits? The very same benefits they demand all other
organizations offer to their employees.

I won't bother to inquire about the Republicans, they
don't pretend to be in support of DP benefits.
