Tom McGreevy writes: It was my understanding that the Minneapolis City Council was to vote on the project in March or April. Will they be given the approved documents well in advance of said vote? Additionally does the agreement supposedly reached with MnDot ensure that full access will be maintained or does it give MnDot the out in the future if the change their minds about the safety of what the creative minds of today have proposed?
