Dear list members: We have a fascinating history piece in the next SW Journal about a deadly plane crash in the Lynnhurst neighborhood (1114 Minnehaha Pkwy.) on March 7, 1950.
My problem is that the Star Tribune, viewing us as competitors, won't give us permission to use their photos. I've also been skunked at the Minnesota History Museum's online photo archive. If any citizen, reference librarian or generous journalist knows where I might find a photo of the crash, I - and the Journal's readers - would be most grateful.
