Keith says; FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY/Let it be known that Section 8, a 
Federally subsidized rent program for low income tenants, went from requiring 
one year leases to allowing simple month-to-month leases, and now back to 
minimum one year leases. It is possible these changes were in response to the 
availability, or lack, of dwelling units accessible to Section 8 'dwellers'.
