Project 504 and the Environmental Protection Agency is jointly sponsoring a FREE training for contractors, landlords, property managers, homeowners, and anyone else interested in learning how to renovate a property with lead-safe work practices.
Friday, February 28, 2003 Jordan New Life Church (26th and Newton Avenue N. in North Minneapolis) 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. People who attend and complete the training and a short test will receive course completion certification from EPA. The training covers how to perform common renovation and remodeling activities in a lead safe manner. Who should attend? Community members, property owners, community development folks, or others interested in renovating their homes but have questions and concerns about lead hazards.
