As a constituent of Senator Higgins, I want to thank her for introducing and passing out of a Senate committee today legislation that will ban phosphorus from dishwashing detergents. While the issue is bigger than a Minneapolis issue, it is important for our City's environment. Way to go, Senator Higgins! Keep pushing to pass your bill.
