[Mpls] clarification

i'd like to clarify that the resolution i referred to earlier -- the resolution that will be introduced by Councilmember Zimmermann at the Feb. 28th council meeting -- was not a resolution about the war. it is a resolution that specifically addresses the "patriot act" of 2001, and how that piece of legislation affects the civil rights of minneapolis residents.
