Jon Sez: As one of those " doddering gray old hippies " I would like
to speak from experiece: It is never immediate!. I repeat: no immediacy. It's
more like tidal wave on stone. Wash and repeat into eternity. The stones will
form. This is something my generation screwed up horribly. We had it going
and we became smug.We quit. We didn't understand. When you stop , something
else will fill the space you just abandoned . And you never know what it may
be.
The wash and repeat part. is important.
Please kids, don't burn the flag. It really does stand as rampart for
the Declaration of Independance
Constituton
Gettysburg Address
Please read those documents and understand what patriotism might be

womb.-------
If the actions of our government inflame you
Wash our flag
Can't survive the insufferalble and inane
Wash our flag
When our men are sent to suffer
Raise our flag
Where our men are sent to suffer
I raise my flag
Let us hope that we may offer
Our finest noblest most hopeless dream.
May we become us.Here's your answer
I wash my flag.

say that I prefer "Platinum Quaffed Philosopher King" over "Scrungy Hippie'.
